The Packages
Every package was designed by Regina and her team. Ornaments, filler, ribbon, and finishing details are already chosen and coordinated, so what you see in our catalogue arrives at your door. Each package includes a matching wreath and table centerpiece, and every one is sized for a 9 or 10 foot tree.
What’s Included
Your package covers the tree itself in flocked or green, all decor, delivery, and full installation by our team. When the season ends, we come back, take it down, and store everything until next year. No boxes in the attic, no ladders, no untangling lights.

2-Year Lease: $2,500 per year — $5,000 total
3-Year Lease: $2,250 per year — $6,750 total
After completion of the 3-year lease, you own the package.

Normal wear and tear is expected. If you experience an issue with lights or décor during the season, please contact us.
Clients are responsible for excessive damage, loss, or missing items. If a substantial portion of the package is damaged or missing, the client may be responsible for the full replacement cost of the package.
Yes. For bookings made before November 1, a 50% deposit is required at signing, with the remaining balance due before delivery or installation.
Beginning November 1, all bookings must be paid in full at signing.
A credit card must be kept on file for all lease packages.
Each package includes a decorated holiday tree, coordinating ornaments and décor, a matching wreath, and a coordinating table centerpiece.
Delivery, pickup, professional installation, and takedown are available for an additional fee.
Installation dates are available from November 1 through December 23 and are scheduled based on availability.
Takedown dates are available from January 3 through January 30.
All leased décor must be returned in full by January 30. Décor not returned by this date may result in the credit card on file being charged the full purchase price of the package.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.
Yes! With a multi-year lease, your selected package is reserved for you for the duration of your lease.
If you have a one-year lease and would like to keep the same design for the following season, ask us about pre-leasing for next year before your takedown.
Our packages are designed as coordinated collections, but tree size can be adjusted based on your space and availability.
If you would like to significantly customize a package or create a design outside of our catalog, we would be happy to discuss our full-service custom holiday design options.
